Mr Cary Wong Founder An independent marketing consultancy established in Hong Kong since 1989, Mr Cary Wong Founder As a founding member of Ritzy & Associates, Cary has developed the business, provided direction and headed the company's client service and marketing activities. Having devoted himself in the hospitality industry for many years, Cary is a well-known and respected veteran of the tourism industry in the Asia Region. Boasting years of solid experience in sales and marketing, Cary has applied this experience to develop highly successful marketing solutions for clients in a variety of industries and markets. Before registering Ritzy & Associates in 1989, Cary was the Director of Marketing for a public relations company in Hong Kong, and prior to that he held senior positions at the Shanghai Hilton, the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel and the Lido Holiday Inn in Beijing. From his time in China, he gained extensive frontline China hotel sales and marketing experience. Prior to China, he held positions in training and rooms division with the Regent and Mandarin Oriental hotels in Hong Kong.

Mr Alex Ma Project Manager An independent marketing consultancy established in Hong Kong since 1989, Alex joins Ritzy & Associates as a Project Manager, responsible for the sales and marketing issues on Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong, Beijing and Purple Mountain Hotel, Shanghai. He brings in with over ten years solid experiences in corporate, retail, wholesales for both in and outbound travel. Alex¡¯s strength includes planning and position strategies, direct and indirect marketing activities, which will continue to benefit the two properties¡¯ profile and business. Additionally, he puts together exclusive promotions, theme packages and events for his loyal business customers and partners. He also represents the two properties during trade fairs, exhibitions and conduct presentations to various market segments. A graduate from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia majoring in Tourism Management and Marketing, Alex was actively involved in a ¡°Study Aboard Program ¨C OZ 1998¡± project with Shanghai Tourism Board while on a student exchange program with the East China Normal University, Shanghai. Alex also coordinated the Silk Road Project with the World Tourism Organisation in Australia in 1999 & 2003.

Mr. Raymond Tam Project Manager An independent marketing consultancy established in Hong Kong since 1989, Raymond is the Project Manager looking after the Nexus Resort Karambunai, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia and Chaba Resorts in Koh Samui, Thailand. With his well established contacts with major tour and travel operators in Hong Kong, Raymond continues to put together short and long term theme promotions and working together with other marketing partners, to maximize the awareness for these two properties, as well as to generate business in the long run. Corporations, associations and meeting planners are Raymond's focuses as well in addition to providing support to any special events for these two properties. He also represents these two properties during trade fairs, exhibitions and conduct presentations on a regular basis to various market segments. A graduate from Malaspina University-College in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada majoring in Hospitality Management and trained at the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff Canada, Raymond returned to Hong Kong to work at the Rooms Division with the Excelsior Hong Kong. Raymond has joined the Ritzy & Associates since 2002.
